Does North Star have a dividend policy?
North Star’s current dividend policy provides that at least 10% of the preceding fiscal year’s net income after tax can be declared as dividends, subject to (i) the availability of unrestricted retained earnings, (ii) contractual obligations, (iii) implementation of expansion plans, (iv) special circumstances requiring the Company to create a special reserve for probable contingencies, (v) working capital requirements and (vi) approval of the Board. Dividends shall be payable in cash, property or stock, as often and at such times as the Board may determine in accordance with the law.
